Since 2014, I have been responsible for a herd of cows in the animal production department at Jagrol. The awareness of working for a global leader in the agricultural industry makes me proud, because thanks to this the company is able to strengthen my professional development, organize integration meetings, as well as provide a diverse benefits package. I started my professional path at Agro-Fundusz Mazury as an intern. My first days of internship were associated with stress, which the onboarding process helped to combat. After just a few days, I noticed one of the key values of the Group, which is cooperation. I could always count on the help of my colleagues. The company also showed me that integration is really important. I am constantly learning and developing, and when I make a mistake, there is always someone to help correct it. It made me realize that there are no barriers that cannot be overcome when working in a professional team. The support shown made me want to continue to belong to the Group and... I did it! After the internship period, I was offered permanent employment. Today, I am proud to be part of Top Farms and I recommend working in the Group to future school and university graduates. When I finished my student internship at Top Farms Głubczyce, I knew that this was the place where I wanted to start my professional career. I have been working in the company since July 2013.
