I started my professional path at Agro-Fundusz Mazury as an intern. My first days of internship were associated with stress, which the onboarding process helped to combat. After just a few days, I noticed one of the key values of the Group, which is cooperation. I could always count on the help of my colleagues. The company also showed me that integration is really important. I am constantly learning and developing, and when I make a mistake, there is always someone to help correct it. It made me realize that there are no barriers that cannot be overcome when working in a professional team. The support shown made me want to continue to belong to the Group and... I did it! After the internship period, I was offered permanent employment. Today, I am proud to be part of Top Farms and I recommend working in the Group to future school and university graduates.
